You can make calls by following the steps below:

  2. Press "Send". You will see "Wait for call" message on your screen.
  3. Answer your phone when it rings.
  4. You will hear the number of available minutes for your dialed destination calculated through your account balance.

What is a "locked" mobile phone?
A locked mobile phone is one in which restrictions have been put in place so the user can only connect to certain service providers' networks. Usually, this service provider is the one you have purchased your current mobile phone plan from.
